Custom orders and large orders

Due to the advancing nature of LED technology, custom orders for LED bulbs and fixtures, as well as large orders, are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Furthermore, all orders must be paid for upon placement. Custom and large orders will not begin production until payment is received in full.

How long will my order take to ship?

It generally takes 24 to 48 hours to process your order before it ships and depending on your shipping address, it can take between 7 to 10 days to reach with ground shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When you complete your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also login at your account page using the login ID and password you used when you placed your order.

Where will my order be shipped from?

All of our bulbs are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles,CA.

What shipping options do you offer and how long do they take?

We offer a number of options from USPS:
USPS Parcel Post: 7-10 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days depending on distance from Los Angeles, CA.
USPS Express Mail: Overnight to most areas 

International Options include:
USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 days
USPS Express Mail International: 3-5 days

Will customs fees apply to my international order?

Possibly. You will have to check with your local shipper or post office determine what customs fees if any there will be in your country.

What if the items is not in stock when I order?

If your order is out of stock we will let you know what the estimated waiting time will be. As our replicas all come from overseas items out of stock can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive to our warehouse. You are welcome to check the availability of any item by emailing us at customerservice@eternaleds.com. Please include the item name in your email.
