Privacy Policy
  We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information except as described below. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

While browsing our site, your identity remains anonymous. For your security, and in order for us to view visitor trends, we track the IP addresses of all site visitors. Your identity, however, remains unknown to us unless you elect to provide it (such as by signing up for a newsletter or filling in a Contact Us form).

To fulfill your order and to keep you updated on the status of your order, we need to ask you for your personal information. This information includes your address, your name, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. Without having this information, it would be impossible for us to fill your order or to provide you with information about the order (tracking numbers, invoices, shipping questions, etc).  You may on occassion receive E-Mails from us containing our current promotions and electronic discount coupons. If you do not wish to receive such E-Mails, simply opt-out within the emails we send you or call or email us.
Return Policy
  Eternaleds will accept returns for a refund within 30 days of the shipment of your order. All returns MUST include an RMA number printed clearly on the outside of the package.

To obtain an RMA number and initiate the return process, please contact the customer service department via the phone (800-274-5103), through the contact form on the website, or by an e-mail to customerservice@eternaleds.com.
Please provide the following information:
1) Order number
2) Your name
3) Items you are returning
4) Reason for return

All packages sent to Eternaleds must have an RMA number issued and printed clearly on the outside of the package. If the RMA number is not clearly printed on the outside of your return package, the package will either be refused by our shipping department or restocked and no credit or refund will be issued. A 15 percent restocking fee is applied to all valid and authorized returns. All returns must be made in their original packaging with sufficient packing material.

Please note we will refund the cost of the products within 2 weeks of receipt, however we CANNOT REFUND the cost of postage.

Warranty Policy
  Eternaleds warrants all the products manufactured by Eternaleds to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 2 years after the date of the original purchase.

Eternaleds' warranty covers only the product itself. Eternaleds will assume no liability for labor costs, installation costs, or other losses.

Your warranty rights will be honored only when the product has been installed and used properly as deemed by Eternaleds. Eternaleds will not repair or replace products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.
