Installation Instructions
- MAKE SURE POWER IS TURNED OFF BEFORE INSTALLATION!
- Remove lamp(s), ballast(s) and starter (if present) and all wiring (except AC feed)
Installation
AC Side
The Driver has 4 Wires, 2 are for AC, 2 are for DC
The AC Wires are Blue (line) and white (neutral).
Connect the blue to 120VAC line and the white to 120VAC neutral
DC Side
The DC wires are yellow (+) and white (-).
Connect the yellow to one side of the lamp connector ("tombstone") so that it will connect to the positive (+) terminal of the lamp
Connect the white DC wire to the other side of the same lamp connector ("tombstone") so that it will connect to the negative (-) terminal of the lamp.
The Eco-Biz LED T8 is simple to install. Simply remove the ballast and starter and wire like above. The UL-approved way to install an LED T8 is to only have one side of the bulb "live".
